A little over two years ago, we launched our new people-first, all-makes & models brand, Carage. In just 24 months, we have almost tripled our customer count and monthly volume. We are now seeking to add another awesome Service Advisor to our high performing service team to help us reach our next level. Lots of opportunity. Lots of room to grow.

What we are looking for?
- People-person is a must 😁
- Shared belief in making a customer, not just a sale.
- At least 3 years of automotive service writing experience or other related customer service
- Strong communication skills

It all started with a dream over 39 years ago: to build a world-class auto repair shop brand that will always put its customer’s needs before anything else. This commitment carries on way beyond the cars we service every day. Our shop brand is built on the core values of trust, fairness, and transparency.
Foreign Affairs Auto was founded in 1982 by husband and wife, Frank and Gloria Ortiz. Our humble beginnings started in single-bay repair shop deep inside an industrial warehouse district. Frank performed the repairs while Gloria attended to our customers. Over the last three decades, Foreign Affairs Auto has genuinely become one of South Florida’s most respected auto repair shops. We have continued to invest and expand our operations in order to service most European automobile makes such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Porsche.
Today, our continued focus remains you – our customer. The day-to-day operations are run by Frank & Gloria’s son, Jonathan Ortiz. He is joined by a talented team of managers, technicians, and service staff.
